48 hours to less than 12 hours

If the confirmed ticket is canceled between 48 hours to 12 hours of train journey, 25% of the total train ticket plus minimum flat rate will be charged. If the confirmed ticket is canceled in less than 12 hours then 50 percent ticket refund is available.

When is a canceled train ticket not refunded?
