Indian Railway Fine: Now TTE will collect fine through online QR in moving train, know what is the technology

Indian Railways: Indian Railways leaves no stone unturned in upgrading itself with time. Be it running premium Vande Bharat trains with super advanced technology or providing hi-tech services to passengers at the station and inside the train. This effort of Railways is also visible in PA Modi's Digital India Mission. Railways has now made such arrangements through which TTEs inside trains will now be able to collect fines online. For this, now the QR code will be updated in the hand held terminal (HHT machine) already present with the TTE.

How will digital recovery begin?

In this regard, Senior DCM of Jodhpur Division Vikas Kheda said that as per railway rules, guidelines have been received regarding online payment to be made by TTE on trains and railway stations. Work has been started to implement it.

He said that about 300 TTEs working in the entire Jodhpur division have been provided HHT machines to bring transparency and ease in checking tickets. Due to which the work of ticket checking in trains is now being done through it.

Online payment will be done through QR code

Kheda said that taking payment from HHT machine has made the work of TTE easier. By collecting fines online this system will become paperless. The fine collected from the passengers will be directly included in the railway booking and its complete record will also be in the HHT machine of TTE.
