1. You are not allowed to buy property in Himachal Pradesh

Every year many people come to visit Himachal Pradesh, but here no one is allowed to buy property in the mountains. Section 118 of the Land Act of 1972 came into force and according to this, no non-farmer or outsider can purchase agricultural land in Himachal Pradesh.

2. You cannot buy property in Nagaland

With the formation of the state in the year 1963, the provision of Article 371A was given as a special right and according to this, buying land is not allowed here.

3. You cannot buy property even in Sikkim

For information, let us tell you that only residents of Sikkim can buy land in Sikkim. According to Article 371AF of the Constitution of India, which provides special provisions to Sikkim, it prohibits the sale and purchase of incorporated land or property to outsiders.
