According to the information, Gavin, a 29-year-old Indian man in America, was married to a Mexican girl Viviana Zamora. He was travelling in his car in a city in the state of Indiana, when his car collided with a pick-up van. Meanwhile, Gavin, in anger, started arguing with the pick-up van driver. He also had a pistol in his hand at that time. When the fight escalated, the driver of the pick-up van shot Gavin dead.
The driver of the pickup van who shot Gavin fled with the van. On the other hand, the Indian state police also says that the pickup van driver may have fired in self-defense. However, this argument is not correct because Gavin did not point his gun at the driver.
Regarding the incident, Gavin's wife Viviana told the police that after being shot, Gavin's body was bleeding and I supported him until the ambulance arrived. He could not stand still. I took him to the hospital in an ambulance. But he died during treatment.
