India won four medals including one gold in Asian Track Cycling

India's women's junior team made a great start to its campaign by winning a gold medal in the sprint event on the first day of the Asian Track Cycling Championships. The Indian team comprising of Sarita Kumari, Nia Sebastian, Sabina and Zaina Mohammad Ali displayed amazing teamwork to defeat the Korean team. India won the gold medal with a timing of 53.383 seconds. Then India had got two silvers. The first silver came in the para team sprint event. The team of Arshad Shaikh, Jalaluddin and Horadi stood second with a time of 1 minute 02.661 seconds.
