Dambulla, June 26 (HS). The Women's T20 Asia Cup 2024 will begin with a thrilling match between India and Pakistan on July 19. On Tuesday, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) announced the schedule of the tournament.
India and Pakistan will take the field for the second match of the day, while the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will face Nepal in the first match of the tournament on the first day. In this eight-team tournament, India has been placed in Group A along with UAE and Nepal, while Group B includes hosts Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Thailand.
According to the schedule prepared and announced by the Asian Cricket Council, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, which will be played on July 26 while the final will be held on July 28.
In their other matches, India will play UAE on July 21 and Nepal on July 23.
Two matches will be played every day in the initial phase, which will continue till July 24.

The matches will be played at 2 PM and 7 PM local time.
