India is fast moving towards becoming a world leader – Governor

Firozabad, 18 November (HS). Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, who arrived on Monday at the three-day Arya Mahakumbh organized in Sirsaganj to commemorate the 200th birth anniversary of Maharishi Dayanand, praised the great culture of India. He described the event as a milestone in the direction of cultural preservation.

The Governor said that Arya Mahakumbh has made an unforgettable contribution in doing concrete work towards faith in religion and spirituality, attack on evil practices, resistance against hypocrisy, national consciousness, youth power promotion and women empowerment. Despite Indian culture being the greatest in the world, why did the society remain in plight for centuries? On this matter, the Governor said that Swami Dayanand should be read to know the reason for India’s plight. He said that at one time the web of evils and hypocrisy had grown to such an extent that we forgot our basic knowledge, as a result of which we had to suffer defeat and slavery for a long time. He said that people like Swami Dayanand come to earth after centuries. By establishing Arya Samaj, he did a great favor to humanity. The Governor said that by following the path shown by great people, India is rapidly moving towards becoming a world leader. He called that hypocrisy and evil practices deform the society and should be abandoned as soon as possible.

Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh said that this area, which was once known as rugged, was known by the name of kidnapping industry, but today under the leadership of the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath, a stream of development is flowing here along with peace. Work is being done to advance Indian culture.

Apart from this, Divisional Commissioner Ritu Mahaheshwari, DM Ramesh Ranjan, SSP Saurabh Dixit, former Union Minister and Chancellor of Gurukul Kangri University Satyapal Singh, former MP Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati, Vice Chancellor of Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Professor Dinesh Chandra Shastri, Vice Chancellor of Kalidas Sanskrit University Nagpur Professor Hariram. Tripathi, Sarvadeshi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Delhi Minister Vitthal Rao Arya and Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Answer State head Devendra Pal Verma and other scholars expressed their views.
