Increase of Rs 50 in Vakalatnama and attendance


Dumka, 17 February (Hindus). The Advocates Association decided to increase the fee for Vakalatnama and attendance by fifty rupees. This decision was taken in the General Body meeting of the District Advocates Association on Saturday. The meeting was presided over by Nishikant Prasad.

To increase the income of the Advocates Association, it was decided to increase the fees for Vakalatnama and attendance by Rs 50 each. Now Vakalatnama will be available for Rs 200 and attendance sheet for Rs 200. Earlier Vakalatnama was available for Rs 150, now it will be available for Rs 200. The same attendance which was earlier available for Rs 150 has now increased to Rs 200. The Advocates Association has also increased the prices of bail bonds and affidavits. Earlier bail bond was available for Rs 30. Now available for Rs 50. Similarly, caste, resident, income and bailer affidavit will be available for Rs 120 instead of Rs 80. Representation petition will be available for Rs 10 instead of Rs 5. Title page for Commissioner Court will be available for Rs 30 instead of Rs 20. The new rate determined will be applicable from March 1, 2024.
