Material
- 2 mango pieces
- 1 cup peeled litchi
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

- To make the salad, put mango, litchi and cucumber in a bowl and mix well.
- You can also add some green chillies for spice.
- – Now sprinkle some chaat masala, sanchal and cumin powder on the salad, add lemon juice and mix everything slowly.
- Leave the salad like this for about 10-15 minutes. Let all these flavors mix with each other.
- You can also keep it in the freezer. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve chilled.
