You can make delicious and healthy salad not only with mango but also with litchi. This is the most special fruit salad to eat in summer. You must have eaten many types of fruit salads. But you must try this salad prepared with mango and litchi.
Material
- 2 mango pieces
- 1 cup peeled litchi
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

- To make salad, add mango, litchi and cucumber in a bowl and mix well.
- You can also add some green chilli for spice.
- – Now sprinkle some chaat masala, sanchal and cumin powder on the salad, add lemon juice and mix everything slowly.
- – Leave the salad like this for about 10-15 minutes. Let all these flavors mingle with each other.
- You can also keep it in the freezer. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve chilled.
