Tourists have lost 2,327 mobile phones in the last 3 years. In the last three months, 79 more mobiles have been added to it. Out of these forgotten mobiles, 1000 tourists have got their mobiles back, BEST administration has given this information.
The best administrations advertise information about each mobile model lost and found by travelers. Accordingly, many passengers contact BEST's bus depot and get the mobile back by presenting the proof. But even after taking the bus two to three times and waiting for a month, if a passenger does not come to collect the mobile, then the mobile is thrown away.
Tourists forget not only mobile but also things like Bluetooth, earphones, keyboard, mouse, power bank, laptop, camera stand, calculator etc. Which is later handed over to the lost property department of BEST based in Wadala.
