- First of all, sieve the rice flour of Sama and Rajgira flour in a large bowl.
- Now add sour curd, ginger-chilli paste, rock salt and sugar and mix well so that there is no lump.
- Prepare a thick batter (batter) of it by adding a little water, as you make for normal dhokla. Remember, the solution is not too thin nor thick.

- Now lubricate a plate or cake tin with ghee. Put the water in a large flesh or steamer to heat up.
- When you want to make a dhokla, add lemon juice to the prepared solution and the end and finally mix it with a light hand in the same direction. You will see that the solution has swollen very lightly.
- Flip this solution in a smooth plate without delay and let it cook on medium heat for 15 minutes in the hot steamer.
- After 15 minutes, check by adding knives or toothpicks. If it comes out clearly, then your dhokla is ready. Take it out and let it cool slightly.
- Now it is the turn of the morning. Heat ghee in a small pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and add it. Then add 2-3 teaspoons of water and let it come to a boil.
