In Meerut, friend killed 11th class student due to love affair

A sensational murder case over a love affair has come to light in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Abhinav, a class 11 student, was brutally murdered by his own friend Aryan by attacking him on the head with a hammer. This incident took place on Rohta Road of Kankarkheda police station area. The reason behind the murder is said to be betrayal in friendship and a dispute over a girl.

Love affair became the reason for murder

According to police investigation, the accused youth Aryan and the deceased Abhinav were classmates. Aryan’s girlfriend’s personal photos were in his phone, which Abhinav stole and started pressurizing his classmate to meet him. When Aryan came to know about this, he got angry and killed his friend.

How did the whole massacre happen?

On Saturday, December 28, as usual, Abhinav left home for coaching but did not return. The family tried to find him, but found his mobile switched off. After this the family went to the coaching center and checked, where it was found that the center was closed that day.

Murder Revealed:

1. On the complaint of family members, the police registered an FIR and started investigation.
2. With the help of CCTV footage, accused Aryan was taken into custody.
3. During interrogation, Aryan repeatedly changed his statement, but when the Crime Branch investigated, he confessed to the murder.
4. On the information of the accused, the police recovered Abhinav’s body from near Kali river.

According to the police, Aryan called Abhinav on the pretext of going to coaching and took him near Kali River. At the same time, he was killed by hitting him on the head with a hammer. After the incident, the accused left the body at the spot and returned home.

Deceased Abhinav’s father is a grocery businessman. The entire family is shocked by the murder of their only son. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the house. Police have registered a case of murder against the accused Aryan, terming the murder as a love affair.
