Seeing the deserted place, the bike rider dragged the female police officer to the field and committed rape. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police have arrested the accused. The victim has been sent for medical treatment.
The in-laws of the female police personnel posted on the head constable in Ayodhya Police Lines are in a village in Sen West Para. She was taking leave and going to her in-laws' house in plain clothes for Karva Chauth. She had just reached Narwal when it started getting dark and seeing no vehicle there, she started walking towards her village. On the way, Kallu alias Dharmendra Paswan of the same village was coming on a bike and the female police personnel asked for a lift from him. Kallu stopped the bike after seeing a deserted place and forcibly took the female police personnel to the field and committed rape. When the woman protested, the accused beat her. During the protest, the woman bit the accused's finger hard and her tooth also broke. After this the accused ran away.
Additional Police Commissioner Harish Chander said on Monday that the victim went to the concerned police post and informed about the incident and the accused Kallu has been arrested in the search operation that lasted throughout the night. Based on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused and he has been sent to jail. Along with this, medical examination of the victim is being done.
