Keshav Prasad Maurya listened with utmost sensitivity to the problems of the citizens from different districts of the state during the ‘Janata Darshan’ program organized at his residence today. The Deputy Chief Minister assured the people present on the spot that the government is committed to provide justice to every eligible person and provide benefits of public welfare schemes.

During the Janata Darshan, the Deputy Chief Minister especially focused on the problems of women and victims of serious diseases:

Pension and Social Security: Mrs. Shanti Devi (wife Laxman Kumar), resident of Sambhal district, requested to get widow pension but after talking to the District Magistrate, instructions were given.

Health and Treatment: Mrs. Kamla Devi of Lucknow requested for getting Ayushman card made and Mrs. Sarita Seth (wife of Ramkumar Seth) of Varanasi requested for financial assistance for the treatment of incurable diseases like cancer. Orders were given to the officer to take action on the above.

Awas Yojana: Mrs. Sandhya (wife of Amit Kumar) who came from Firozabad requested to get a house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
