Jharkhand State Housing Board: After sending a notice to the state office of BJP, now the Jharkhand State Housing Board is eyeing the residence of former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Harmu. Jharkhand State Housing Board has started investigating the notification of preparation to open Newberg Supratech (Pathology Center) Lab at Dhoni’s Harmu residence. He is now preparing to send a notice to Dhoni.
Commercial Use Notice
Giving information about the entire matter, Jharkhand State Housing Board Chairman Sanjay Lal Paswan said that the state government had given a residential plot to Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his excellent performance in the field of sports. Now it is being told that this plot is being used to open Newberg Supratech (Pathology Centre) lab.
– If this plot is used for commercial purpose then it will be a violation of the rules laid down by the Housing Board. Board officials have been instructed to investigate the matter.
– Sanjay Lal Paswan said that further action will be taken after investigation. At the same time, in this matter, a notice can also be sent to former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni by Jharkhand State Housing Board.
– Sanjay Lal Paswan also said that notices have been given to about three hundred people who make commercial use of houses built on Housing Board land.
– The MD and Secretary of the Board have also been instructed to cancel the allotment of the plots or houses where commercial activities are being carried out by the Housing Board.
This plot was allotted to Dhoni in the year 2009.
Housing Board land or building is allotted only for residential use. Five Katta residential plots were gifted to MS Dhoni by the Jharkhand government in the year 2009.
Dhoni built a luxurious house on this plot and lived with his parents for many years. Now he is living in his private farm house in Simlia. According to the information received, preparations are being made to open a lab at Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s Harmu residence.

Housing Board land or housing can be used only for living. Before Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Jharkhand State Housing Board has also issued a notice regarding BJP office. Actually, action has been taken taking cognizance of the matter of misuse of the plot of BJP’s regional office.
