Dhaka: Violence against Hindus is not stopping in Bangladesh. Now it has come to light that after the end of Durga Puja in Old Dhaka area, there was a clash between the Hindu community and the police who were going to immerse the idol. Three people were injured in this incident.

Throwing bricks and stones at Hindus

The daily quoted an eyewitness as saying that late on Sunday night, miscreants threw bricks and stones at the procession going to immerse the idol in the Buriganga river from the rooftop of Noor Super Market in Patuatuli area of ​​old Dhaka. Three people including a policeman were injured. After the attack, people of Hindu community tried to enter the market but the police took violent action and stopped them.
