Director Imtiaz Ali recently revealed that he is scared of working with Amitabh Bachchan. He also revealed that after watching Rockstar, Big B wrote him a letter praising the film.
In an interview, Imtiaz Ali had said that he is afraid of working with Amitabh Bachchan. Also, he is sure that Big B will agree to work with him. The director further said that Big B is very big as a megastar and compared him to Shahrukh Khan's stardom. He said, Shahrukh is not big for him because he is smaller than Big B. Imtiaz further shared a case of Big B's stardom. He said, 'I come from a small place. I have seen his (Big B) stardom. People went crazy in the theater after watching a scene from the 1985 film 'Arrest'. People broke the seats of the hall. Imtiaz further said, 'I still feel this madness so I thought I should salute him (Amitabh Bachchan) from a distance. He is a down to earth person.'
In the same interview, Imtiaz Ali also said that after the release of Rockstar, he received a letter from Big B. In that letter, Big B praised Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri starrer 'Rockstar'.
