Islamabad, 19 November (HIST). Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram today claimed that there was no communication between his party and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) led government. He rejected the media report of PTI establishing contacts with the government and termed it as ‘fake’.

According to Geo News channel, Akram said that there has been no contact between PTI and the government nor can there be. Fake news is an attempt to weaken the protests. He said that PTI is preparing for a nationwide protest against the government on November 24.

Meanwhile, the meeting of the Central Apex Committee of the National Action Plan began here today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Army Chief General Asim Munir and heads of all intelligence organizations are taking part in it. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur is also participating in the meeting. He can raise issues related to his party PTI.

Information Advisor to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif has said that Ali Amin Gandapur will present the demands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) before the Central Apex Committee headed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
