Impeachment conspiracy against President Muizzu in Maldives, claim of seeking financial help from India

An American newspaper report has claimed that opposition parties in Maldives planned to bring impeachment against President Mohammed Muizzu. In this scheme, financial assistance of 6 million dollars was demanded from India. However, this alleged conspiracy did not succeed.
