According to the State Emergency Operations Centre, three national highways and 44 roads remained closed in the state till Thursday morning. 38 roads are closed in Lahaul-Spiti, three in Kullu, two in Chamba and one in Kangra. Two national highways in Lahaul-Spiti and one in Kullu are also blocked. Apart from this, there is power failure in nine in Lahaul-Spiti, six in Chamba and one in Kinnaur due to transformer failure.
