A yellow alert has been issued for Palghar, Thane, Mumbai and Raigad.

Two people died when a part of a five-storey under-construction building collapsed in Mumbai. Municipal Corporation officials gave this information on Monday. A municipal corporation official said that the accident took place at Kailash Business Park in Vikhroli area at 11:10 pm on Sunday night. The official said that heavy rains occurred in many parts of Mumbai on Sunday night.
