The Meteorological Department has said that Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe will receive light to moderate rain between November 10-14. At the same time, there is going to be heavy rain in Tamil Nadu on 11-15 November, in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema on 12-14 November, in Kerala, Mahe on 13-16 November, and in Coastal and Southern Interior Karnataka on 14 November. At the same time, for the next two days, dense to very dense fog will be seen in Western Punjab and North-Western Rajasthan in the morning. At the same time, in Himachal Pradesh also there may be fog in the morning for the next three days.

In Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Odisha, the minimum temperature was found to be three to five degrees Celsius above the average.
