Illegal firecracker worth seven lakhs recovered in Sonbhadra, four arrested

Sonbhadra, 11 October (Hindustan Reporter). In Robertsganj Kotwali area, the police team has recovered 108 boxes of illegal firecrackers stored illegally at two places and arrested four people. The estimated value of the recovered illegal firecracker is Rs 7 lakh.

ASP Kalu Singh said on Friday that in view of the upcoming festivals, as part of the campaign being run against illegal firecracker factories and storage, a joint team of Robertsganj Kotwali Police and SOG, on the basis of an information, seized a total of 108 boxes of illegal firecrackers from two places in Ambedkar Nagar. Stored firecrackers have been recovered from. This firecracker was kept in a closed room which was in a densely populated area of ​​the city.

The police team has arrested Manish Keshari, Chandan Keshari, Manoj Keshari and Jitendra Keshari, residents of Robertsganj city, in this case. 108 boxes of illegal firecrackers kept in a closed room have been recovered. The estimated cost of the firecracker is Rs 7 lakh. The police are taking further action by registering a case against the four arrested accused under Section 9 (B) of the Explosives Act.
