Kanpur, August 10 (HS). Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has announced the launch of the 'Saathi IBPS' platform, an innovative program designed to help candidates prepare for banking exams conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, this initiative provides high-quality educational resources to aspiring students across India, prioritizing those from economically weaker backgrounds and remote areas, ensuring equal opportunities and increasing access to the highest quality learning materials.
The SATHEE IBPS programme provides comprehensive study material for the IBPS Clerk exam and there are plans to include other IBPS exams in the near future. Interested candidates can register for the SATHEE IBPS programme through its portal https://ibps.iitk.ac.in/ or by downloading the SATHEE app from the App Store or Google Play Store. IIT Director Prof. Manindra Aggarwal said on Saturday that the SATHEE IBPS platform reaffirms our commitment to making higher education accessible to all and sets an example of using our technological expertise to empower students across the country, preparing them not just for exams but for a successful future. This is in line with the goals of the National Education Policy 2020.
Prof. Amey Karkare said that Saathi IBPS provides a structured learning experience that can be easily adapted to suit the specific needs of each student. Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education said that the platform has been designed to bridge the digital gap and create an educational environment for IBPS aspirants and help them excel in their ambitions by overcoming the barriers of their geographical or economic limitations.
