However, in this case Justice S.M. A bench of Justices Subramaniam and V. Sivagnanam said, 'Complete justice is expected from the court while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Therefore this matter should be investigated in depth.

Answering this question, the lawyer of Isha Foundation said, 'Every adult has the right to choose his life. Therefore, I am not able to understand the doubts of this petitioner.
