If you want to add any flavor of ice cream, do so only when the milk solution cools down. Many people add vanilla essence, almonds, chocolate chips etc. to it only after it is heated, due to which the texture of the ice cream gets spoiled. – Do not mix the ice cream batter before cooling and churning it. Apart from this, do not keep it directly in the freezer, first keep it in a normal refrigerator to cool for 1 hour and then keep it in the freezer.

To store ice cream, you should use a container that is flat and not too deep. Many people freeze ice cream in bowls etc. which is not ideal. Due to this, the consistency of the ice cream does not remain correct and it looks bad. Due to different consistency the taste also varies.

Material

  • 2.5 cups full cream milk
  • 1 teaspoon custard powder
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1.5 cups cream
  • Cherries and almonds for decoration

recipe

  • First of all, mix custard powder, cocoa, sugar etc. in half a cup of milk.
  • Heat the remaining milk well and when it starts boiling, add the custard mixture to it, boil it again and cook it while stirring continuously.
  • – When the milk reduces a little, slow down the gas and turn it off after half a minute.
  • When it comes to room temperature, add cream and vanilla essence to it and seal it in an air tight container.
  • Freeze it for a few minutes and then take it out and make a paste in a blender, so that if the ice cubes are frozen, take them out and then store them in the same container.
  • Its lid should always be closed tightly.
  • Take it out and blend it once again.
  • – Now keep it for two hours and garnish with cherries and almonds while serving.
