But if you do some facial exercises regularly, then the beauty of the face can remain the same even in old age. Facial exercises that enhance facial beauty
– Make a V shape using the index and middle finger and place your fingers on both corners of the eye. Apply light pressure on the place where the finger is placed and close the eye six times and open it six times. Doing this exercise helps in removing wrinkles around the eyes. This prevents wrinkles around the eyes.
– This exercise strengthens the muscles of the neck and jaw and prevents them from loosening. For this, sit or stand with your back straight and shoulders in a comfortable position. Then tilt the head back a little and look at the ceiling. At this time, close the lips tightly and rest the tongue on the palate. Slowly bring the lower lip closer to the upper lip. Stay in this position for five seconds and then relax. Do this exercise five to ten times.
Apart from this, to maintain the beauty of the skin, massage the soles of the feet with oil for five minutes every night. Massage will give you good sleep, your face will glow and you will also get relief from pain during periods.
