- 3 tsp chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tsp Date Tamarind Chutney

– First of all clean the Moraiya in a plate. Then boil it well. – Now add gram flour to it and mix it well. – Now roll small balls from this mixture. – Fry it in hot oil with the help of a spoon. – After this, take it out in a plate and cool it. Then press it lightly. When the vada cools down, add green chutney to it. – Spread date-tamarind chutney on it. – Then add spicy curd to it. Sprinkle green coriander and serve.
