Ingredients for Paneer Kalakand
- 5 cups cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups milk powder
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 cups fresh cream

- 2 tablespoons finely ground or chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp plain chopped pistachios
How to make Paneer Kalakand
– First of all, take a deep bottom pan and heat it on medium flame. – Mix grated cheese, sugar, fresh cream and milk powder in it. – Now mix all the ingredients well and boil for 20 minutes. Keep stirring the mixture continuously to prevent it from burning. – When it boils well, take it off the gas and add cardamom powder to it. – After this, take a big plate and grease it with ghee or oil. – Now spread this mixture in a plate. Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios over the mixture. Make sure it fits snugly on the wrist. – Now give the mixture the desired shape. Pack it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. You can use it well for 3-4 days.
