Spinach Vegetable Recipe
- Wash and chop the spinach. – Then heat water in a large pan, add a teaspoon of salt to it and boil all the chopped spinach for three minutes.
- – Then take out the spinach in a vessel and pour cold water over it.
- – Now take a handful of unpeeled corn in a mixing jar, add some sesame seeds, gram flour, some water and grind it.
- – Now put four spoons of oil in the pan. – Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped garlic and fry it. Fry the garlic till it turns golden. – Then add chopped onion and fry it. – Then add chilli-ginger paste and mix it.
- – Then add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander, garam masala and a little water and let it cook for two minutes. – Then add tomato puree and salt to it. – Then put the prepared paste in a mixer jar. Let it cook for some time. – Then add spinach and mix it. – Then add one cup of water and mix it. Then let it cook. Turn off the gas after five minutes.
- You can also sunbathe from above. For this, take some oil in a pan, after it gets hot, add asafoetida and garlic and mix it. – Then add Kashmiri red chilli to it and mix it with the vegetables.
