  • 1 kg flour
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tsp rock salt
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee

Whenever all the ingredients are mixed, knead the dough with the help of water. Make rotis immediately after this. Heat the pan on the gas and then roll the rotis. – Fry the roti on the pan till it becomes golden on both sides. Keep in mind that roast the roti on low flame only. – After frying, apply ghee and serve hot.
