It is also very important to move both your hands while walking. There's still no point in walking with your hands. While walking, you should walk fast keeping both hands in the right direction. This creates vibrations throughout the body and your entire body becomes active. It helps in weight loss.

People drink water before walking. This may cause you loss instead of profit. Drinking plenty of water before walking speeds up metabolism. In such a situation, the balance of water and salt starts deteriorating. Therefore, do not drink water before and immediately after walking. There should be a gap of 20-25 minutes between the two.

Some people do not have good posture while walking. This will cause more loss than benefit. If you walk with your neck bent forward, it increases pain in the entire body including shoulders. If you walk while messaging, watching or talking on a mobile phone, it can cause harm. Walking straight in the right manner is beneficial.

If you don't get enough sleep, go for a walk. Otherwise, if you do not rest, you will not get the full benefit of the walk. To give rest to the muscles even in between walking, you should not walk for a few days i.e. 1-2 days. Along with walking, it is also important that you get enough sleep and give rest to your body.
