Material
- 300 gms paneer cubes
- 3 finely chopped onions
- 2 Tomato puree
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon gram flour
- 4-5 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4-5 cardamoms
- 2 cinnamon leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1-1.5 tsp coriander cumin powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1.5 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- Salt
- Water
- Ghee

- – Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and chopped green chillies and stir well.
- Add finely chopped onion into it and keep stirring until it becomes light brown.
- Add gram flour and fry it well and mix it well with onion.
- -Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and cook well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Kitchen King masala and salt. Mix well.
- Prepare the gravy by adding water as required. This paneer masala recipe is a little thick so add some water. Let the gravy boil.
- Add the Paneer pieces and mix well.
