Dudhi is a vegetable that most people do not like to eat. Children hesitate on hearing the name of this vegetable, but do you know how beneficial milk is for health? Milk contains nutrients like protein, vitamin-A, vitamin-C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.

Material

  • 500 grams of milk
  • 5 tsp ghee
  • 250 grams sugar
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios
  • 2 tbsp cardamom

How to make a milk ladle

  • To make Dudhi Laddu, first wash and peel the Dudhi. Then grate the curd and squeeze it with your hand to extract the curd.
  • – Now put ghee in a pan and let it heat up. – When the ghee is hot, add milk to it and fry it for 3-4 minutes while stirring with a spoon.
  • – Then add sugar to the milk and cook until the water dries up.
  • – Now grind all the dry fruits and then add these dry fruits in the milk and mix them.
  • – Turn off the gas flame and let the mixture cool down. When it cools down, add coconut powder and cardamom powder.
  • – Apply ghee on your hands and now prepare the laddus. You can also store it.
