If you get sore throat in the morning, try these remedies, you will get immediate relief

The weather is changing now, sunny during the day and cold at night. However, there can be many reasons for sore throat, like sometimes drinking too much cold water and sometimes people have to face this problem due to throat infection. Try these remedies for pain and soreness relief:

Honey is beneficial: Honey is effective in providing relief from pain problem. Mix one spoon honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water and drink it. Doing this will provide relief from sore throat.

Take steam with hot water: If you have a sore throat or a strong cough, first take steam with hot water. Inhaling hot water steam helps in clearing blocked nose and throat. Which makes breathing easier. It also provides relief from sore throat.

Drink warm water: Hot water is effective in providing relief from itching. Drink warm water mixed with a little salt. Salt is antibacterial which provides relief from sore throat. Drinking warm water mixed with salt provides instant relief from pain. Gargling with this water three to four times a day will provide relief.

Consume cloves: According to health experts, cloves are beneficial in getting relief from sore throat. It contains antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties which provide relief from sore throat.

Masala Tea: Masala tea is very useful in providing relief from throat irritation and soreness. Drinking this will give relief to the throat. Keep in mind that you add more cloves, black pepper and ginger in masala tea.

Use Ginger: Use of ginger is beneficial in cough and sore throat. Chewing it raw will give you instant relief from sore throat. If you cannot eat it raw then make laddus out of it. This will give you a lot of relief.
