How to massage your wrists to avoid dizziness while traveling?
- Find the P6 point on the inside of your wrist, between the two tendons, 3-4 finger widths below the base of your palm.
- Now use your thumb or index finger to apply pressure on this point.
- While taking deep breaths, hold the P6 point for 2 to 3 minutes and massage it gently with your fingers.
- You can do this wrist massage on both of your hands.
- Repeat this process whenever you travel and experience panic, nausea or dizziness.
Why does motion sickness occur during traveling?
- Motion sickness is not a disease of any kind, but it is common for some people to experience this problem during travel. People face trouble during travel, because your brain does not receive the same signals from the ears, nose, skin and eyes, due to which the nervous system of the brain gets confused and you get problems like dizziness, vomiting or feeling nervous.
