If you feel like eating sweets then make banana pudding at home like this, the recipe is very easy!

Banana is extremely beneficial for the body and is a regular part of the diet of many people. Often called a powerhouse of energy, banana halwa is not only delicious but also nutritious. Generally, wheat flour, moong or carrot halwa is made in homes, but very few people would have seen or tasted banana halwa. If you are fasting and want to try something new in your fruit diet, then you can try this dish. So let's know about its recipe.

Material:

Ripe bananas – 3

Semolina – 1 cup

Saffron – 1 pinch

Sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon

Mixture of milk and water – 3 cups

Cashews – 8-10

Raisins – 1 tablespoon

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instruction:

– Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.

– Peel the banana and mash it well in a bowl.

– When ghee melts in the pan, add cashews and raisins to it. Fry them till they turn golden brown.

– Put semolina in the pan and fry it until it turns golden.

-In a separate bowl, mix saffron, sugar and cardamom powder with milk and water.

– Add mashed bananas to the mixture. Cook it in a separate pan.

-When the banana-milk mixture boils, add roasted semolina to it.

-To avoid lumps, keep stirring continuously and cook until the semolina absorbs all the moisture.

– Switch off the flame, cover the halwa and leave it for some time so that the semolina absorbs the remaining moisture.

-Your banana pudding is ready. – Garnish it with cashew nuts and raisins.
