If you feel like eating chaat then you can make sweet corn tikki


Material

  • Boiled potatoes – 2 to 3
  • Gram flour – 4 spoons
  • Boiled sweet corn – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Ginger (1 inch)
  • Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Bread slices – 4
  • Poha – 1 cup
  • Coriander
  • Salt

Method:

You have to boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. – Prepare the masala by adding boiled sweet corn to it. – After this, grind the bread slices in a mixer and mix this powder in the mixture of potatoes and sweet corn. – Now soak the poha in water, take it out, squeeze it and mix it well in the potato and sweet corn mixture. – Now add gram flour on top and then prepare the mixture by adding green chillies, ginger, chaat masala, green coriander and salt and make balls, flatten them with hands and give them the shape of tikkis. – After this, heat oil and fry well until it turns golden brown and serve.
