- 1 cup grated milk
- 2 cups plain wheat flour
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- Try 1 teaspoon
- 2 tablespoons coriander, modified
- as per requirement of oil

Make hot parathas like this
– First of all wash the milk and peel it. – After this, grate it with the help of a grater and keep it in a vessel. – Now finely chop the onion pieces or grate them as well. Take a mixing bowl and add grated milk and onion to it and mix well. – After this, add red chili powder, cumin, coriander powder and chopped coriander to this mixture and mix everything well. – Now add flour to this mixture and mix the flour well with all the ingredients. – After this, keep the mixture aside for some time.
– Now take the paratha mixture and knead it once again. After this, prepare dough balls. – Now take a dough ball and roll it in a circular or triangular shape. – After this, take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame. – Apply some oil on the pan and spread it all around. – When the pan is hot, keep adding the knitted parathas in it and keep frying. – After 20 seconds, flip the paratha and apply oil on the other side with a spoon. – Fry the paratha on both sides till it becomes golden. – Then take it out in a plate. – In the same way, prepare jaggery parathas from all the balls one by one. – Now serve the gourd paratha with tomato sauce or green chutney.
