- Red chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon

How to make Tadka Dahi Bhindi
- To make this, wash the ladyfinger thoroughly and cut it into four pieces.
- – Now heat oil in a pan and add ladyfinger, salt and turmeric and fry it.
- – When it is fried well, add some more oil to it and add cumin seeds and let it fry.
- – Now add onion, garlic and green chillies and fry it.
