Paneer roll recipe for breakfast : Paneer roll is as delicious to eat as it is easy to make. This is a food dish that can be made for breakfast or evening snack. Morning time is very busy for everyone, sometimes a situation arises when there is not much time to prepare breakfast. In such a situation, making paneer roll can be a great option. It can be made in just 5 minutes. The specialty of this dish is that children also like it very much.

Apart from paneer, vegetables are also used to make paneer rolls. In this way, it is a healthy snack as well as tasty. Today we are sharing with you an easy recipe for making paneer rolls.

Material

  • Keema Bread – 4
  • Paneer – 200 grams
  • Onion (chopped) – 1
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1
  • Tomato (finely chopped) – 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies (finely chopped) – 1-2
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Green chutney or tomato sauce

Prepare the Stuffing

  • To prepare the roll, first you have to make its stuffing. For this, heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and fry it till it turns golden.
  • – Now add ginger-garlic paste in it and fry for a few seconds. – After this add finely chopped capsicum and tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
  • – After this add finely chopped cheese, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, green chilies and salt.
  • – Now mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes. -Finally add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix. This stuffing is ready.

How to make rolls

  • – Now to make the roll, heat a pan and bake the roti on it. – Then spread green chutney or tomato chutney on the roti.
  • – After this, place the prepared paneer stuffing in the middle of the roti.
  • – Now fold the roti like a roll and apply some oil in the pan and cook the roll till it becomes golden from all sides.
  • – Now serve this roll hot. If you want, you can also serve cold drink with it.
