UMANG App has been a very popular means for crores of subscribers of Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) to check PF balance and track claim status. But often in the beginning of the month, at the time of salary receipt or during server maintenance, problems like ‘technical glitch’, session expired or loading error start appearing in Umang app. At such a time, if you suddenly want to check the balance of your PF account, download the passbook or withdraw PF money for any emergency need (like medical emergency, marriage or house construction), then there is absolutely no need to panic. All these facilities are available 24 hours on the official website of EPFO and its Unified Member Portal directly through computer or mobile browser without relying on any app.
