If there is any problem in the sewer then the public should call on 14420

Jaipur, July 11 (HS). Greater Municipal Corporation has started a new helpline service for sewer related complaints. If the sewer is blocked anywhere, there is no need to visit the Municipal Corporation office. Under the Safai Mitra Suraksha Abhiyan of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, a toll free number 14420 has been issued, through which you can register your complaint sitting at home.

Municipal Corporation Greater Commissioner Rukmani Riyad said that our aim is to ensure that the city residents do not have to face any kind of problem in cleaning sewers and septic tanks. For this, sewer related complaints will be resolved through toll free number 14420. The general public can complain about cleaning of septic tank, about getting a person down in the septic tank or sewer for cleaning and about cleaning of sewer.
