Ingredients:

| Raw Peanuts | 2 tbsp |

| Oil (peanut or mustard) | 2 tbsp |
Easy method of making thecha:
- Fry the Ingredients: Take a pan or pan and add 1 teaspoon oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, reduce the flame, add green chillies, garlic cloves and cumin seeds and fry lightly.
- Roast Peanuts: Now fry the remaining peanuts separately or with the same ingredients until they become light golden. This will add crispness to the peanuts.
- cool off: Remove the roasted ingredients from the flame and let them cool slightly.
- Code Thecha (Actual Process): Now the most important step is to take the mortar and pestle to make thecha. First of all, add roasted peanuts, roasted green chillies, garlic and salt together in a mixer.
- Start pounding: Crush all these things coarsely with a pestle. The real taste of thecha comes only when it is coarse, it should not be fine like a paste.
- Last tadka (optional): If you want, you can serve the thecha directly, or you can heat the remaining oil, add mustard seeds and a little turmeric to it and mix this crushed thecha. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Serving Method:
Maharashtrian thecha is usually served with bhakri, jowar roti, curd or hot dal-rice. By keeping it in an airtight container, you can use it comfortably for 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Once you taste it, you will want to eat thecha with your regular meals every day.
