- Take water in a transparent glass as per FSSAI.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of wheat flour over the water.
- The extra bran in pure wheat flour will not be visible on the surface of the water.
- In adulterated wheat flour, extra bran will be found floating on the surface of water.
