Khunti 23 September (HS). Aadivasi Congress organized a 'One Step towards Village' cum Assistance Camp at Duli Khel Maidan of Dadigutu Panchayat of Khunti block on Monday. In the program, the chief guest MP Kalicharan Munda said that after the victory, I was forced to come to you eager to receive the love of my own people.
He thanked the villagers for the welcome and the State Vice President of Adivasi Congress, Wilson Topno was given the responsibility to collect all the applications related to problems from the villagers and submit them to the MP's residential office. He expressed regret for not being able to give much time to the villagers due to the Chief Minister's program and promised that next time he would visit every village and meet his own people.
He also thanked the public saying that it is the result of your hard work that I am amongst you today as an MP. Tribal Congress District President Fulchand Tuti, Roba Gudiya etc. were present on the occasion.
