Yogi Adityanath Murder Threat Case: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has once again received a death threat. A youth from Prayagraj has threatened to blow up CM Yogi with a bomb within five days through social media. After this, the police became active and arrested the accused.
Prayagraj Police on Thursday arrested a 22-year-old youth for threatening Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on social media platforms. After the post made by the accused on the social media platform went viral, the police swung into action and initiated action against the accused and arrested him.
In response to a post, the police said that an FIR has been registered against the accused at Sarai Inayat police station. Reacting to a post on X, the police said, 'Taking immediate cognizance of the above case, a case has been registered under the relevant sections at Sarai Inayat police station, the accused is in custody. Further legal action has been taken in this regard.
The accused is an LLB student
The accused has been identified as Anirudh Pandey, a resident of Malawa Buzurg village of Sarai Inayat. He is a second year LLB student in a private college in Jhunsi area. After interrogating the accused, police officials said that the youth had posted this message to become famous.
