Toxic Work Culture: A case has come to light through social media, where an employee left the job on the very day of joining after listening to his boss's words. He understood that the work culture here was not good. This job will have a bad impact on his life.

Actually, this person named Shreyas has told his story on the social media platform Reddit. He started working as an Associate Product Designer with an annual package of Rs 7 lakh. When he arrived at the office on his first day, he met his reporting manager.
He said that there will be more work than office hours and no overtime will be given. He said that there is no such thing as work life balance. This is western civilization. This has been promoted by developed countries.
Shreyas wrote in his post that when I talked about work-life balance, he made fun of me. When I told my boss that I needed time off to study and exercise, he scoffed at it as an excuse to not work. He wrote that such work policy of the company is illogical, inhuman and thoughtless. I don't mind working late sometimes. But, his way of thinking and behaving was beyond my understanding.
