Husband arrested for killing his wife in a mutual dispute

Jagdalpur, July 29 (HS). The police arrested the husband accused of killing his wife in a mutual dispute in Kawad village under Bhanpuri police station of the district and presented him in the court on Monday and sent him to jail.

According to the information, a report was filed in Bhanpuri police station by the victim Ramu Maurya that the accused Rainu Maurya father late Sukhram caste Muria age 30 years resident of Kavad village police station Bhanpuri did not cook food for his wife Rigo Bai, due to which there was a dispute between the accused and the deceased, due to which the accused killed his wife Rigo Bai by stabbing her. On the report, a crime was registered against the accused and investigation was taken up. During the investigation, when the memorandum statement of the accused was taken in front of witnesses, due to a dispute over the matter of wife Rigo Bai not cooking food, the accused has accepted killing his wife with a knife. After the accused accepted his crime, he was arrested and after action in Bhanpuri police station today on Monday, he was produced before the court of Jagdalpur.
